Situated within the desirable Waterway Estates of St. Pete, our project finds itself in a coveted location. As the property transitioned to new ownership, the time was ripe for a rejuvenation. We embarked on a mission to breathe renewed life into this 1960s residence, granting it a fresh start and transforming it into an enduring investment property. Our design approach harmonized the home's color scheme with its natural surroundings while incorporating modern touches to resonate with the aspirations of waterfront living. Balancing durability and timeless aesthetics with modern sensibilities, we curated a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, enhanced by thoughtful landscaping details.
