For this downtown St. Petersburg residence, we
designed a warm and welcoming home inspired by
the relaxed coastal palette and effortless lifestyle
of St. Pete. Through natural materials, sculptural
curves, and custom built-ins, the open floorplan
was transformed into a series of functional spaces
designed for gathering, entertaining, and
everyday living, while thoughtfully incorporating
our out-of-state clients’ personal artwork and
meaningful pieces to create a fully turnkey home
that truly felt like theirs.

design our new unit in Arthouse and we could not

with a deep dive into the look and feel my wife
Cindy and I were aiming for, and I must say she
captured it perfectly. We wanted a clean, coastal
type vibe that also incorporated some of the
artwork we have collected. She was able to make
this all match perfectly to create the comfortable,

built-ins that are significant upgrades that we
might not have considered otherwise.
