For this downtown St. Petersburg residence, we designed a warm and welcoming home inspired by the relaxed coastal palette and effortless lifestyle of St. Pete. Through natural materials, sculptural curves, and custom built-ins, the open floorplan was transformed into a series of functional spaces designed for gathering, entertaining, and everyday living, while thoughtfully incorporating our out-of-state clients’ personal artwork and meaningful pieces to create a fully turnkey home that truly felt like theirs.

DRAWING NATURE INDOORS

The living area invites you to linger longer through organic forms, raffia-wrapped oak tables, a custom-upholstered sofa inspired by the tones of the St. Pete harbor, and a woven abaca pendant that softens the architecture while celebrating nature and craftsmanship.

INFUSING THE HOME WITH SOUL

When designing this new-build residence, our priority was to bring elements into the home that felt touched by an artisan, telling a story of craftsmanship and warmth through handmade zellige tile from Morocco, hand-blown glass lighting, and a handcrafted oak dining table whose sculptural base echoes the custom wine bar we designed.

MULTI FUNCTIONAL LIVING

For the den, our clients envisioned a multifunctional space that could serve as a home office, media room for visiting grandkids, and comfortable guest room for family, which we designed around a custom curved-arm queen sleeper sofa and a fully custom oak built-in with integrated storage and lighting to maximize both function and comfort within the compact footprint.

ABOVE THE COASTLINE

We designed the outdoor living area to withstand high winds and harsh Florida conditions using solid teak, UV-resistant fabrics, resilient cacti, and durable furnishings that create a low-maintenance space designed for effortless outdoor living.
