Our clients envisioned a brighter, more functional
home that felt open, welcoming, and connected
to the relaxed coastal lifestyle of St. Petersburg.
To bring that vision to life, we guided a full-home
renovation that included adding a second story,
designing a custom primary bathroom from the
ground up, creating a new kitchen layout, and
reimagining the home’s main living spaces to
improve flow, functionality, and connection.
TAILORED FOR TWO
Designed from the ground up, the primary bathroom was envisioned
as a bright and functional retreat with clean lines, generous storage,
and room for two. Repeating brass accents, continuous tilework, and a
frameless shower enclosure create a seamless and timeless feel.
A REIMAGINED FLOOR PLAN
In collaboration with the architect, we reworked the first-floor layout to improve flow, unify the kitchen and dining areas, and better support everyday
living. A new kitchen configuration, relocated island, and enclosed pantry brought greater functionality and cohesion to the heart of the home.
